I have been building my professional identity for just over 20 years, focusing on carrying out projects that celebrate:1. Individual protagonism - The appreciation of each person's unique talents, perspectives and aspirations, as well as the appropriation of leadership over their own development; 2. The power of the collective - Partnerships, communities, networks of people connected by a common goal and orchestrated to positively transform themselves and the environment (intentionally, sustainably, regeneratively). Under this guidance, I brought together skills matured in academic training (such as systemic thinking, results orientation) with professional experiences ( as entrepreneurship and development of human potential). At the beginning of my career, I had an excellent entrepreneurial school when I worked at Pandata, a banking automation technology company founded in 1988 by my father. There, I formed a broad contextual role perception because I had the opportunity of navigate through many layers of responsibility: from joining the company as a programming intern - and go through analysis, management positions - until CHRO. Later on, I had the enriching experience of founding a personal development school, next to Ibirapuera Park, in São Paulo, certified by the DeROSE Method (global wellness and human behavior methodology). There, I also organized events to promote gatherings of conscious-economy exponents and inform, discuss and propagate good causes on site and digitally. Post-pandemic, I closed the school and reformatted my work. I continue to design, produce and host summits and courses. I seek to connect the right people to urgent causes and mobilize effective action. Supporting mentorship and education entrepreneurs: I have also applied what I learn to support entrepreneurs who come to me to build their voice, script their knowledge/trainings, produce events (video or in-person) and form communities. This is also where I connect people to back entrepreneurs strategically (investors, mentors) and tactically (service providers, potential customers). In global companies: I co-create and drive solutions to establish a culture of: - cohesion, traction and engagement for a shared purpose; - social intelligence, adaptability, plurality inside and outside professional relationships; - mental health, personal fulfillment and clarity of the individual role in the larger context; - result and positive impact verified in a measurable way. In recent years I have been consolidating entrepreneurship schools and corporate universities.
