Serves as coordinator and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team; this includes posting positions on internal and external systems; understanding sourcing and recruiting process; conducting phone screenings and setting up interview schedules for all areas of the business.

Support and serve the needs of Simmons Foods, Inc. customer base through daily receipt/entry of orders; follow up with customers to ensure accuracy and impeccable customer service is ensured to our customer base. Manages communications and calls. Answers Order Center 800 line and process calls; ensures that the customer/consumer issues database is up to date; maintains accurate records and tracking of all information relating to customer interaction; processes accounts receivable, order entry and logistics appointment line. Tracking of key indicators. works closely with plant management, outside warehouses; maintains accurate tracking of key indicators per management assigned accounts. Works closely with customers. Demonstrates interpersonal, communication/phone skills and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer accounts in a positive manner.

Serves as an internal partner/consultant to hiring managers and works to find candidates to fill approved, open positions with highly skilled, non-exempt employeesSources and recruits candidates for production non-exempt positions.Develops pipeline of candidates for positions through a variety of sources including, but not limited to, Internet postings and search, social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, research, networking, and agencies.Communicates with candidates to promote Simmons Prepared Foods brand to build interest in our company. Responsible for recruiting data; Maintains monitors and gathers recruiting data within the HRIS ensuring accuracy of data for AAP and EEO; Conducts all previous employer reference checks and background verification.
