- Projects management related to Nautical / Marine and Safety of Navigation in Vale´s terminals and channels (São Luis - TMPM / Mangaratiba - TIG / Vitória - TU and Malasia)- Risks analyzis project management, including maneuver simulations, and LPS (local port service) implantation;- Assistance to ports and operations in maritime-port scope;- Technical consultancy on port maritime affairs to the company´s internal department;- Participation in the technical-commercial relationship with maritime / ports authorities, as: Brazilian Navy, Pilotage, etc.- Technical-legal defense based on port and maritime legislation, at national and international level for commercial, operational and negotiation disputes between terminal and vessel;- Assistance to vessel’s acceptance team, related to nautical documentation, vetting and safety;- Participation on vessel´s / navigation/ terminals accidents investigation;- Mooring, nautical signaling, draft, dredging, anchorage areas, maneuvering simulation studies, based on national / international rules.

Five Transpetro shuttle tankers vessels under management; - Give support HSEQ Manager in Norway in the development, implementation and maintenance management for the contract;- Assist Marine Superintendent performing internal audit on board vessels and assist external audits (ISM, ISPS, MLC, Vetting, Classification society, Flag and Port State Control); - Assist vessel managers on management of vessels; - Maintenance of the documented company quality system (TQM); - Preparation and distribution of new procedures for the vessels; - Ensure that the applicable laws, rules, regulations and industry standards are recorded and distributed; - Participation of accident, incident, injury investigation and prepare initial reports, and follow the tretament of any action item and non-conformity;- Supports the company and the costumer on HSEQ issues.

On board Drill Ship NORBE VIII Main Activities: - DP Operation - G& DP system, class IIII;- Sonardyne Marksman Acoustic System / VERIPOS DGPS;- DP Acceptance tests;- Maneuvering System;- Supervision of Bridge team;- Vessel documentation and audits, as per International rules, Company and Client Policies (Petrobras).- Actvities relating to Safety and Salvatage.Project: Drill Ship Norbe VIII - DSME Shipyard - South Korea (2010-2011)Main Activities: - Vessel construction;- Comissioning, Sea Trial and acceptance tests, including tests of DP, Ballast, IAS, Fire & Gas, Acoustic, Reference Position, Maneuvering System, Safety and Salvatage; - Assisting Marine Department Leader on plan, drawing review as per Standards (SOLAS, NORMAN, RASMA, Class Society, etc).
