Office Administrator
Current- Support the finance team by managing office budgets, expenses, and operational data through detailed spreadsheet tracking.
- Maintain customer data and enter new sales using HubSpot.
- Create suppliers, customers, invoices, and POs through Xero, ensuring timely payment of all invoices and chasing overdue payments.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Onboarding staff across multiple regions, including Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Coordinate payments and commissions for staff.
