I currently work at the Taco Bell Corporation as a Food Safety Scientist. I am responsible for food safety related issues for all Taco Bell Restaurants nationwide.

• Develop, maintain and update automated tracking systems in C.A.A.M and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure proper execution of all corporate/restaurant activities.• Responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring critical records and information for all product quality and food safety related issues for all Taco Bell Restaurants.• Manage escalations from initial contact through problem resolution (problem cause, procedure troubleshooting and identification of areas of opportunities) ensuring Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements are met.• Provide 2nd Level Support for Escalated Call Management and Closure – Create, handle and manage escalated reports and consult with and advise with Food Safety Representatives, restaurant managers and/or owners in communicating and resolving sensitive issues.• Analyze and input Self Service requests, Credit Resolution, Escalated PRC’s and Distributor information. Make decisions based on information and follow up with appropriate management personnel to assist in resolving situations.• Work directly with the Corporate Insurance on all escalated customer complaints by identifying, classifying, managing, and controlling their records and information needs.
