My key responsibility in this role was to lead the Institute’s relationships with primary and secondary private and public schools through Sydney. This included developing, implementing and driving the schools and community marketing and business development strategies. During this time I implemented the first Institute wide Alumni program and project managed the Institute’s first and largest Open Day event.Key Duties:- Coordination and delivery of school related events and expoattendance- Provide career and study advice to students and Career Advisors- Working closely with Sales and Marketing team to improve thesales process- Monitoring leads and ongoing competitor analysis- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including schoolcommunities and Institute faculties

- Manage and plan inspiring, effective and creative marketing with key stakeholders whilst managing deadlines, objectives and budgets.- Develop, manage and execute customer focused and experience-based campaigns for campus environments.- Produce content for media releases, online material, collateral development, publications, social media and other media.- Engage with media representatives from local, metropolitan, online, social and trade publications to achieve publicity.- Manage key accounts and briefing details to implement projects supporting merchandising plans for stakeholders.- Work closely and collaboratively with other coordinators and designers.- Develop and implement marketing strategies whilst maintaining alignment to the Institutes Market Segment Atlas.

During this time I was EA to Director of Sales and Customer Experience Portfolio within NSI.
