Banking Software Project in Chile for Banco de Crédito e Inversiones. Implementation of Clear2Pay Open Payment Framework product as payment hub, for products Massive Payments which is now on production, and Online Payments (RTGS, International Payments, Electronic Transfers). Part of my job is help to the Bank to understand the functionalities of the product and adapt their requirements to it, then, along with the implementation team, define the best solution at processing flows level and build proper documentation to support it.As a Business analyst I have contributed in this process establishing methodologies, scopes and leading meetings, where requirements are gathered, always emphasizing the possibilities and features that the product offers.

Implementation of Siebel Teller and CRM products in Vakif Bank (Turkey), managed by IBM working along with Xeon FS to support the bank requirements.As Design Leader I attended to the Bank in the product implementation, supporting in the delivery of new and extended features. I established frameworks with the design team: definition of standards within the project, using concepts of UML and BPM to model and using IBM Rational Rose to consult and implement the design. Our design documents were the input for Development Team.
