We work for the client "Compartamos Banco", they need to digitize their current process through different applications, for promoters, managers and clients.· My job is to design and define the flows for different modules in the application.· Lead the design team to structure the design system· Make design audits to verify that the design and usability guidelines are applied in development.Design user interfaces for all user types.

Working on Multiplica's behalf as the Design System Administrator for Compartamos' digital products.Among the achievements I have had in this project has been the implementation of a Design system from scratch, where the most important task has been the change of processes within the work structure and the collaboration with the development team for its implementation and execution.

Achievements∙ Completed full redesign of their system to sell cars and together with the client we defined the best process and we made a better process in their way to work. ∙ We develop a new way to buy cars online, and minimize problems by unifying agencies in a single process.∙ I made a prototype to strengthen designs, enhance user experiences and improve site interactions before to develop it.

Achievements:• Designed a mobile app to implement in Android and iOS based on React Native.• I created the user flow designs to complement the design of the screens and help the developer's team to understand the interaction between multiple screens and situations.• The image was modernized and the number of user interactions reduced, generating a better experience.• Prototypes were made to have a stronger idea of how the system will work before implementation.

Achievements:-Analyzed requirements and designed, implemented applications for multiple devices, but firstly a mobile app.• Collected, defined and translated user requirements into project designs and implementation plans.• Represented the team at meetings with executives and discussed project goals and milestones.• We defined the user flows to every kind of user and their possible situations.• I created a Design system based in a heuristic report for an internal admin. This system was created from scratch, and also I capacitated the developer's team to work with this system in the future by them selfs.
