I am Karina Ho, a fourth-year student at Bentley University in Waltham, MA, majoring in Computer Information Systems (CIS). As someone who thinks analytically, and is detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, CIS seems to be relevant with these qualities. With my experiences working in customer service jobs as well as my roles in campus organizations, I've gained communication, management, and leadership skills that will be helpful in this field as one will need to manage computer-related activities and ideas, and present that information to others. I hope to learn more about CIS and the matters within it, as well as ways to apply my knowledge and skills to it because it is just fascinating and filled with various options.
