DT One is a global B2B provider of non-cash micropayments such as mobile top-ups, gift cards, gaming pins, eSIMs and bill payments, facilitating over 1 billion transactions worldwide.At DT One, I led global go-to-market strategies, working with cross-functional teams to launch new products across multiple regions and driving sales enablement, email marketing and content marketing efforts. By implementing personalised engagement strategies, we boosted email open rates by 25% and clicks by 62%, generating increased upsell and cross-sell opportunities. I also introduced marketing automation to streamline campaign execution and enhance alignment between sales and marketing. Additionally, I managed content across social media, website, blog, and events, increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

As part of Lomotif’s expansion, I led a team of five to execute go-to-market strategies while managing a marketing budget of over $1M to launch campaigns in key markets such as India, Nigeria, and Brazil. By optimising customer lifecycle strategies through funnel analysis and A/B testing, we increased sign-up rates by 3% and video creation rates by 4%. To support this effort, I spearheaded the evaluation and implementation of a customer engagement platform, which enabled us to improve our marketing analytics and user retention.

Lomotif is a short video platform that has built a social media community of over 225 Million downloads and 10 billion clips shared worldwide. The company was in Series A when I first joined and was acquired during my tenure.As Chief of Staff to the CEO, I scaled Lomotif’s team from 7 to 80 globally, developed growth models, and helped secure key investor partnerships. I also supported strategic decision-making around user growth, product, and P&L management, contributing to Lomotif’s eventual acquisition.

Rent the Runway is an e-commerce platform for apparel and accessories rental, at Series E during my tenure.I boosted daily website traffic by 5X through targeted content marketing strategies and increased Google Ads ROI by 33% within three months. As Chief Editor of the company blog, I led content creation efforts that boosted brand visibility.

ALICE is a hospitality operations platform (SaaS) for hotel staff and guest communication. During my time there, the company was at Series B.At ALICE, I developed marketing and sales materials that doubled conversion rates on landing pages and significantly improved customer engagement.
