SalesOnly is a specialist company in identifying, assessing and recruiting in Sales and Sales Management.Helping the consultants with the recruitment, I established a steady flow of candidates through different market and channel-strategies such as content and inbound marketing, employer marketing and social selling.A big part of my job was, on target, doing interviews, reference-take, cold calling, client meetings, event-planning and thorough candidate-search in different databases. Från kassamedarbetare till arbetsledare och utbildare. Alla stationer på restauranger, skiftplanering, schemaläggning, inventering, personalhantering, utbildning, rekrytering, kontanthantering, kundbemötande. Ensamt ansvarig för restaurangen under ens skift.
