- Worked as a coach for a group that had 6 teams, coached Directors of the group, Engineering Managers for the teams and focused on one team at a time for in-depth team coaching. - Helped design and train up Engineering Managers to run workshops for any team needs - Retrospectives, OKR writing, health checks, user story mapping, etc, occasionally stepping in to facilitate myself when needed. - Taking one team at a time into focus would help coach them towards greater agility, specifically using cycle time, aging WIP and monte carlo estimations to improve their efficiency. - When Hopin introduced OKRs, helped train the group in what OKRs are, how to write good ones, how to track them on different levels and how to use them to adjust course.- Started working on a big Strategy workshop for the group to align Design, Product and Engineering- Ran retrospectives for other groups within the business, especially within non-Engineering groups- As part of the Business Agility group, worked on the strategy to introduce Flight Level 2 in a specific part of the organisation- As part of the Agile Team, helped coach other Agile Coaches with challenges they had

Working as a Scrum Master and Agile coach in New Bamboo has given me experience in a vary wide variety of projects and tasks. It was a role that helped me understand how projects work in an agency environment and I've done a variety of tasks while there, including:- Coaching people in the company on Agile methodologies as well as how to work with clients who come from a different development background.- Acting as a Scrum Master for both external and internal projects.- Supporting other Scrum Masters in the company when they need help.- Assisting the sales team during client meetings by both teaching prospective clients about our way of working and by determining whether the project is the right one for New Bamboo to take on.- Helping clients learn the Agile way of working by delivering PO training as well as providing on-going support and coaching during projects.
