Fundraises for seminar each year through planning and hosting car washes and helping at promotional events, attends planning meetings, gives speech on networking to 300 high school sophomores, leads small groups of 9-11 sophomores as needed, helps with set-up and clean-up for each presentation, the seminar is Thursday-Sunday of one week in June every year and prep begins in the January or February prior to the seminar. Spoke at HOBY’s Annual NY Gala in 2015 and assisted in recruiting attendees for the 2016 dinner. Joined the Board of Trustees in the Summer of 2016 and currently serves on HOBY internationals Development Committee. Participates in quarterly board meetings and monthly development meetings were we strategize primarily focusing on fundraising events and initiatives.

Contracted social media evaluator/consultant - typed reviews of daily social media posts including impact and interest.

Focuses on VCSJ's Family Volunteering Campaigns: engaging and retaining volunteers, recruiting new non-profit members, and tracking success of family volunteering opportunities across South Jersey. Manages our 2 major family volunteering weekends - Family Volunteer Day (Fall) and Family Day of Service (Spring). Manages Twitter and Facebook for VCSJ as a whole promoting all fundraising events, non-profit partner opportunities, community service opportunities and events, and promotion of volunteering best practices.

Recruited over 300 applications from emerging, women-led technology businesses for both our Tech Innovation Hub(TIH) and New York Fashion Tech Lab(NYFTL) programs. Managed communications with prospects, maintained/updated website, social media, and partners for launch. Helped secure and track sponsorship including contracts and invoicing. Coordinated promotion with all pipeline partners(other accelerators, investors, and influencers). Interviewed and helped with hiring of Managing Director for NYFTL. Heavily involved in event planning for interviews, orientation, launch reception, workshops, and final demo days including communications/contracts with vendors. Coordinated our relationship with the Australia program participated in weekly calls with the Australian team, virtual interview sessions, and updated the playbook that they use to run each program according to our licensing agreement.

Doubled both Facebook and Twitter following in first 6 months, aided in set-up and take-down at Springboard Enterprise events, posts 2-8 times a day on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Google+, creates weekly and monthly analytics reports using Sprout Social, managed website with WordPress, live-tweets events, creates social media strategy, works directly with CEO both in the office and virtually, manages YouTube accounts, reaches out to new audience through social media, conference calls with web-developers and Google representative. Participated in weekly strategy sessions with CEO and executive assistant both virtually and in-person.

Managed Facebook and Twitter accounts posting 2-8 times on each account daily, gained 1k+ followers and 500+ likes, communicated directly with audience through messaging, creates social media strategy, meets monthly with Online Editor, has been retweeted by the Huffington Post and followed by Gavin DeGraw, holds record for most viewed Facebook post on our page at 8k+ views, oversaw/managed posts by editors and trained interns.
