Oversaw and coordinated all decisions taken by the committee, ensuring weekly events were run for a 470+ member society throughout the year. Chaired committee meetings and delegated tasks to committee members. Acted as the main point of contact between the University, Students' Union, and other external businesses.Achieved a Gold STARS accreditation for the society as part of the UoNSU's recognition scheme.

Provided general administrative support to the president and vice-president to ensure the smooth running of the society. Processed emails and records concerning weekly events, funding, and collaborative projects.

Represented the Faculty of Engineering during physical recruitment events such as open days and offer-holder days. Engaged with visitors and prospective students about the courses, societies, and facilities offered at UoN.

Supported first-year architecture students by providing advice about the course, and adjusting to life at university. Worked alongside other student mentors to maintain positive student well-being.
