As Häfele's Product Communication Coordinator, I made significant contributions that enhanced the company's brand presence in the Brazilian market. Key accomplishments included creating 'O Grande Häfele,' the first comprehensive technical catalogs in Portuguese. I also pioneered the establishment of Häfele's marketing department, which previously didn't exist, and co-developed the first user-experience showroom in São Paulo.Additionally, I played a pivotal role in conceptualizing exhibition booths for major trade shows like ForMóbile and FIMMA, where I designed furniture and hardware displays that simulated home environments, effectively showcasing Häfele's product applications.I initiated Häfele's magazine, 'Por Dentro da Häfele,' conducting interviews with industry professionals, authoring articles on products and trends, resulting in six printed editions.Furthermore, I developed concise product line catalogs and curated the company's architectural portfolio, highlighting Häfele's products in prestigious international projects.In 2010, I organized and designed materials for Häfele's sponsorship at ForMóbile, including panels, totems, and the entire visual communication at Anhembi.My years at Häfele were marked by innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in marketing and communication, contributing significantly to Häfele's growth and success in the Brazilian market.

At Leme Architecture, I served as an architectural drafter, utilizing AutoCAD as an essential tool in my role. In this capacity, I developed detailed plans for a wide range of projects, encompassing architecture, structure, plumbing, electrical, finishes, carpentry, sections, facades, landscaping, and more.My responsibilities included translating project concepts and visions into precise and detailed technical drawings, ensuring that every aspect of the project received the highest level of attention to detail. I worked closely with the responsible architects, ensuring that the drawings accurately reflected the project specifications and requirements.Furthermore, it's important to mention that during that time, Leme Architecture primarily provided outsourced services, particularly to major construction companies. My role required solid technical skills in interpreting projects and client needs. It was a rewarding experience where I could apply my expertise in technical drawing to contribute to the realization of high-quality architectural projects.

At Caixa Econômica Federal, I served as a public employee. Throughout my years at the institution, I worked at four different branches, actively participating in the organization and inauguration of one of them.My initial responsibilities encompassed serving the public at Caixa, an institution pivotal in managing the FGTS (Guarantee Fund for Length of Service) and other social services, such as the Bolsa Família program. In my role, I assisted account holders, conducted loan analyses, and evaluated credit for home financing through the FGTS, managing the financing processes and issuing contracts.Additionally, I worked in the Business Customer Service department, handling revenue anticipation and providing support to business clients. I also had the opportunity to work as an executive cashier, carrying out various payment and receipt transactions, including signature and fingerprint verification.Within the range of financial products and services offered by Caixa, I was involved in the promotion and/or contracting of credit cards, investments, insurance, capitalization plans, private pension plans, and other financial products. My experience at Caixa Econômica Federal was enriching and allowed me to acquire valuable skills in the banking and financial services sector.
