Psychologist and PhD in Psychoanalysis, Cum Laude. She also has masters in Social Education and Transmedia Storytelling/Gamification, as well as diplomas in Organizational Leadership at Universidad Anáhuac and IPADE. She was recently certified as Workplace Mediator by MTI.She began her professional career at UNAM, and then collaborated in global companies such as Ericsson, Novartis, HSBC and IPF. She has been speaker at Harvard, ATD, Marcus Evans, Canacintra and INMUJERES. She collaborated with "Mundo Laboral" and the book "Corporate Universities: The implementation of the strategy". Her last foray was at the YouTube channel Impromtube.In Organizational Culture:- Her initiatives “Journey to Transformation” and “Adding Value: Labor Inclusion”, were awarded as best practices by “Conocimiento & Dirección” in 2012.- In 2017, her cultural transformation strategy “We are HSBC in Mexico and we are proud”, was recognised by representatives of US Government for its impact to build a culture of deterring financial crime.- In 2015, she developed “Woman in Leadership” initiative in collaboration with WandaWallace as a culture change pillar.In Corporate Learning:- She has designed throughout her career Corporate Universities, Business Schools, Leadership, Service, Sales and Values curricular, impacting more than 15 countries and 35k collaborators.She considers herself a learning explorer, passionate about team development as well as her self development.
