As a non-paid Foundation intern at North Hennepin Community College (NHCC), Karina played a key role in advancing the Foundation's mission to transform lives through education. While balancing full-time studies, a student worker role, and club involvement, she supported the Foundation by attending board meetings to update on events and fundraising progress. Karina engaged with current and potential donors, promoting the Foundation's impact and encouraging contributions.She also created videos to guide students in applying for scholarships, and helped plan major events like the NHCC President's Cup Golf Classic and the Annual Leadership Summit.
