Customer Account Manager
Current- Communicating with customers and handling all incoming communication by phone, email and live chat
- Working against a customer retention target and upselling service add-ons
- Resolving customer enquiries and disputes and escalating when necessary
- Streamlining the customer service processes within the company
- General administration including updating CRM and customer records, spreadsheets and resources
- Ensuring each customer has the resources to allow them to successfully bid in public sector
