● Source, screen and assess talent in a continuous fashion and using a proactive approach to ensure swift and accurate coverage of openings.● Conduct behavioral-based interviews and technical assessments to candidates in the pipeline to qualify them to become part of WD's talent pool.● Develop a strong rapport with candidates potentially considered to become part of WD's pool of talent, so that there's a relationship to go back to in the future.● Conduct approved candidates' closing conversation and on-boarding tasks, as well as off-boarding sponsorship.● Design and maintain a candidate-centered process, always attentive to candidates' best possible experience with WillDom.● Participate in tech community events, gatherings, conferences and meetups that can add a PR value to enhancing the talent pool.● Work closely with business owners and Delivery heads delivering best fitted talent and eliciting insightful discussions about best fitted talent to ensure coverage.● Maintain updated records in all of WD's talent platforms.● Prepare reports and keep track of metrics and KPIs if/when needed.*As a part of the agile believer's cell, we are in charge of the global initiatives of the methodology and provide the context, setting the times and macro objectives.*Team in charge of training, commissioning, and assisting in the Agile framework and OKRs implementation within Global and each Branch.*Responsible for identifying and helping training of the Agile Jedi within each Branch.

- Keep identifying potential skilled refugees and migrants who match the demand of labor in countries such as Canada, the UK, Australia among others. - Skills and language screening in close coordination with focal points inside the HIAS Peru operation and other local stakeholders. - Keep delivering training sessions for candidates, that will include general information on how to draft a CV, tips for jobs interviews as well as specific sessions regarding relocation in a third country. - Refer such candidates to HIAS’ partners abroad and notify candidates of the result. - Provide support to candidates and focal points once candidates are selected by potential employers.
