As the Director of Sustainability & Climate Change, I lead the climate change portfolio at FXB. Specifically, I spearhead the FXB Climate Advocates program, empowering young advocates worldwide to address the climate crisis. Each year, our program trains about 200 youth aged 13 to 25 from over 50 countries, equipping them with essential knowledge on climate change, health, renewable energy, food waste, and practical skills like climate lobbying and AI storytelling. To date, we’ve trained over 1,500 youth, who have implemented 400 climate action projects, reaching 250,000 people globally. Through strategic partnerships with top institutions such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, World Bank, and Harvard University, our program connects youth to impactful, global climate action initiatives.

FXB USA is a member of the FXB International family and works closely with our global team in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Building off FXB’s 30-year trajectory of making lasting impact on the lives of children and families impacted by HIV/AIDS and poverty, FXB USA identified climate change as a strategic priority.I am leading the design of the FXBVillage for Climate Resilience, a pilot initiative that addresses multidimensional poverty and enhances resiliency to climate change and pandemics. I am ladapting the monitoring and evaluation framework to include climate resilience indicators and developing partnerships with UNDP and The Hunger Project Mexico to ensure community climate resilience. I launched the innovative FXB Climate Advocates program that informs, empowers, and mobilizes youth to act on the climate emergency by facilitating access to knowledge, resources, and networks. Through partnerships with leading climate change organizations such as Project Drawdown, Climate Reality Project, Protect Our Planet Movement, Foundation for Climate Restoration, FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University, The Center for Climate, Health, and the Global Environment at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, The NYU School of Global Public Health, Billion Minds Institute, among others, I guide students to learn firsthand from climate change leaders, shape public policy, and engage in community climate action.Learn more here: www.fxbclimateadvocates.org

The COJECO BluePrint Fellowship is a highly selective year-long program forRussian-speaking Jewish adults ages 25-40 to explore personal and collective identity through thecreation of community projects. Co-produced Her Journey, a documentary that captures the firsthand accounts of the Evacuation experience of four Russian speaking Jewish women. Their memories offer us a glimpse into the horrors of the initial days of the war, the train journey in the midst of bombing, four years of living in deprivation, and the bittersweet return to destroyed homes. Her Journey honors women ́s heroism, bravery and resilience during World War II.This project is part of the COJECO BluePrint Fellowship program and is funded by the UnitedJewish Appeal-Federation of NY and Genesis Philanthropy Group

The WAAB Fellowship is a year-long leadership development program dedicated to advancing the next generation of Brooklyn’s diverse leaders and empowering them to become change agents to strengthen Brooklyn.-Participated in skill building workshops on topics such as coalition building and resource development-Coordinated a grant process that resullted in the awarding of 4 grants to community organizations addressing gun violence, as part of the Leading by Giving Committee

Beck Community Development Foundation aims to break the cycle of poverty in underserved communities in Central America and the United States.-Designed, implemented, and managed the operations of a business training, women empowerment, and community capacity building programs serving a community of 10,000 people-Created partnerships with private sector, public sector agencies and universities, resulting in 5 scholarships for low-income business owners, 300 hours of business mentoring, and 100,000 USD in microloans-Train community leaders in public policy, business skills and community organizing, resulting in the creation of two local business chambers

Empoderate Consultores is a consulting company that aims to catalyze the contribution of the public and private sectors to creating systemic social change.-Managed broad range of CEO functions including developing of operational plans, conducting fundraising, and establishing good working relationships with stakeholders-Designed curriculum and trained 50 non-profit leaders, 80 local government officials, and 30 community business leaders in public policy, social policy evaluation, and corporate social responsibility-Evaluated and made recommenddations on Puebla´s municipal government programs to improve public infrastructure, community spaces, and increase digital access

El Programa de Desarrollo Humano Oportunidades is an anti-poverty program that provides cash transfers to impoverished women in exchange that they send their children to school and to regular medical checkups. -Advised the National Coordinator on beneficiary selection method and time-length of benefits -Represented the Program´s National Director by participating in high level meetings such as *Forum on Poverrty* organized by the President of Mexico and poverty reduction work sessions organized by the National Council on Evaluation of Social Policy (CONEVAL)

Alternativas y Capacidades is a non-profit organization that advocates for an enabling environment for non-profit organizations, strengthens the capacity of the social sector, and fosters cross-sector collaboration.-Conducted public policy advocacy training with a coalition of community based organizations aiming to improve quality of education in Mexico-Assisted with strategic planning processes and institutional development initiatives such as strengthening the Board of Diirectors and systematizing institutional knowledge-Designed a monitoring and evaluation systems for this capacity building organization

Workmen´s Circle cultivates a progressive, diverse and inclusive community rooted in Jewish culture and social action.-Liased with the Board of Directors to ensure that the cultural and social justice programs aligned with the organizational programmatic and fundraising goals-Coordinated the logistics of cultural events such as Yiddish music festivals, Passover seder gala event, and social justice educational programs-Prepared communications for regional and national Board of Director meetings
