Current• Leads the Marketing and Communications function for the organization with a talented team of marketing, communications, events and design professionals• Sets the marketing and communications strategy for the organization• Partners with senior executives to align marketing and communications efforts with corporate goals• Oversees brand consistency and positioning to ensure a cohesive and impactful presence across all touchpoints• Supports broker engagement with targeted events, sponsorships, and communications that strengthen our industry connections and position• Acts as the company spokesperson and leads media relations efforts to manage public perception and strengthen brand reputation• Drives thought leadership initiatives and content strategy to elevate Gore Mutual’s industry presenceImplements change management communications to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with organizational goals• Lead crisis communications for the organization that extend beyond catastrophe communications, encompassing reputation management and data and physical security• Builds impactful relationships with external vendors and manages agency partnerships to optimize marketing and communications efforts• Leverages data analytics and performance reporting to track impact, refine strategy, and report on KPIs• Collaborates across departments for an integrated approach, especially in employee engagement and change initiatives• Leads employee communications programs to build culture and align employees with the company objectives and values• Manages the selection and implementation of tools and platforms to enhance communications and analytics capabilities
