Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of CGA exams for CGA-BC students.-Scheduling of exams, implementation of all exam procedures four times per year, including the proper supervision and exam environment, exam security.-Initiated, wrote, developed, and produced a training video for new exam invigilators to help ensure compliance with procedures.-Establishment and maintenance of forty exam location centres throughout BC, including the negotiation of contracts.-Organizing, assigning and advising over 200 volunteer exam invigilators each session.-Establishment of a new centre for students with disabilities in Vancouver, BC.-Preparation of exam related information for students.-Adhering to FOIPOP Act guidelines for records management and communicating with students and members.-Coordination of the ordering of exams from CGA Canada, the efficient and secure delivery of exams to invigilators, the return of the exams to CGA-BC and the delivery of completed exams to examiners.-Coordination of the receipt of electronic exam marks from CGA Canada for distribution of Statement of Marks for delivery on the CGA-BC website.-Testing of all exam related computer applications as well as recommending appropriate changes where necessary.-Overseeing the work of assigned staff in the administration of the examination process.-Working with national and international CGA affiliates to streamline and standardize exam processes across all bodies.

Responsible for identifying and implementing cost-recovery Continuing Education programs and courses based on community needs.

Responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies for International, Western US and Canadian markets including corporate positioning, developing new client initiatives/marketing programs, overseeing sales promotions and corporate events, directing consumer market research, and securing sales for special events.

Responsible for managing educational materials and editing/formatting large government documents (100+ pages) for publishing.
