I oversee campaign and client management at Daily Vanity, spearheading the planning and fulfilment of digital campaigns and social media management for beauty and lifestyle brands. I was in charge of planning and implementing ad buying through Facebook, Instagram, Google and Outbrain. I managed multiple projects and developed SOPs and briefs to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, editorial, finance, tech) effectively, regularly monitoring marketing campaigns performance via Google Analytics. Leading a team of 3 people, I ensured efficient processes are in place and KPIs are attained.

I oversee campaign management at Andios, an online marketplace for buying and selling used phones. I was responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to grow consumer database and site traffic.

I was in charge of overall brand management of Weekender Group, an independent media owner that publishes a lifestyle paper fortnightly. One of my first assignments was to lead a brand positioning exercise to strengthen the Company's branding. I also initiated and executed a revamp in our online communications which led to an increase of 27% click-through rate in our eNewsletter. I was responsible for managing trade and media partners for partnership and advertising opportunities. As the Marketing Manager at Weekender, I formulated B2B and B2C strategies and manage budget forecast and planning. I managed a team of 3 people.

During my short stint with Artemis Communications as a freelancer, I was responsible in building up online content and marketing collateral.

At CareerBuilder, I was in charge of spearheading marketing strategies through online and offline mediums. I was part of a team involved in setting up and running digital marketing campaigns. My KPIs included increasing the consumer database and traffic of the portals by an average of 15% YoY, which I had accomplished and exceeded. As a senior executive, I was seen as a mentor to the juniors and had the opportunity to lead the team in projects. My bosses described me as highly responsible and capable in handling different demands of my scope.

I left LG after 2 years to pursue my passion in Marketing. I was responsible for maintaining an online travel magazine by New Shan Travel, including proposing and executing concept and layout, writing travel articles and publishing on different mediums. I initiated and executed marketing activities such as creating stronger brand awareness through Facebook and promotions at NATAS and Travel Carnival fairs. I created marketing content and collateral. I sourced for sponsorship and coordinated with external stakeholders. I learnt insights on the travel industry and this was where I built my marketing fundamentals.

At LG, I developed logistics and admin skills and supported logistic operations in monitoring incoming shipments from Korea, China and Malaysia. I also strengthened my problem-solving skills where I resolved delivery issues such as rejection of orders by customers due to external reasons, delay in deliveries etc. I ensured KPIs are reached in overall supply chain process to achieve customer satisfaction and cost-efficiency deliveries.
