-Manage digital production flow of content through to Macmillan platforms via distinct set of production and other associated tools.-Management of digital content production team by providing project and process management support. -Work cross-function with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements, workflows refinements in order to streamline the content production flow from authoring development to release to markets.-Collaborate with internal partners and other global offices in their digital production processes with aim to apply a consistent methodology to digital content delivery.-Work proactively with technology and systems teams to identify technical dependencies considered blockers to content production, deployment to platforms and release to markets, in order to plan and mitigate.-Push forward for internal systems and tools improvements to streamline content delivery and simplify tasks completion.-Manage key 3rd party vendors monitoring overseeing performance, reporting andescalation of risk / issues.
