Hospitality Management Degree | MBA People Management | Leadership I was born and raised in a small town on the countryside of Santa Catarina state in Brazil. I got my degree in Hospitality Management and I worked in the hospitality industry for over 7 years. In 2019, I moved to the United States and I started my own cleaning company. My business is the way I give the clients the help for them to focus on what really matters: their business, their families and their lives. I have helped 50+ families and companies with spotless properties and work spaces. My role as a managing director is to be responsible for taking care of our clients needs and on the other hand I train my crew to provide a service above and beyond expectations, using the best techniques and products available on the market. Our main goal is to make sure the cleaning is effective in terms of quality and time. So who do I primarily work with?•Homeowners••Realtors••Companies••Contractors••Property managers••Short-term rental owners• While in the office I am developing and executing the companies business strategies, prospecting new clients, preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate our operations and growing plan. Being an entrepreneur it is challenging, keeps me busy 24/7, but brings excitement and professional development every day.
