SED is an international centre of excellence for research on chronic poverty, poverty reduction, inequality, and growth. Coordinated the School of Environment and Development's (SED) Research and Consultancy activities. Generated in excess of £1,400K in project development and contract negotiation with international sponsors: European Commission, Research Councils, Ford Foundation, Leverhulme Trust, etc.. Prepared and presented project management and financial reports in English, French and Spanish to international partners and sponsors. Prepared and delivered a workshop on SED's research projects and strategy to the University Research Committee. The CSA is an independent administrative authority that guarantees and promotes broadcasting freedom in FranceSole coordinator of the statutory campaign for the referendum on European Constitution:- Liaised with France’s Constitutional Council to define the campaign’s legal framework.- Supervised the production of TV and radio party political broadcasts, ensured parties respected statutory guidelines (time and content).- Monitored the treatment of all political parties in the main campaign, ensured that the guidelines for pluralism and fairness were respected.- Drafted final report and presented campaign learnings to the Constitutional Council.
