After over ten years working in physical bank branches as a relationship manager, in 2020 I saw the pandemic increase remote work. Looking at this new trend, I accepted the challenge to bring all my relationship knowledge to a different level. I started to work in a financial technology company (better known as Fintech) in Brazil, seeking to improve the relationship with customers using the financial service on the web, helping companies and consumers better manage their financial operations and processes online.I was responsible for managing support requests, developing new financial reports, providing training for new customers and advocating for users internally. I was also responsible for helping to improve the support process and increase the user satisfaction.

Well versed in all products and services in order to identify cross-selling opportunities, visiting partners to support specific product sales across business lines. Specialist in Mortgage, loans and personal investments, acted as a mentor to less experienced Relationship Managers.Working in three different cities, I was successful in building customer relationships in all of them, being recognized ten times in internal events for reaching or going over the sales target, in one of them, being the best one in the entire country in insurance business.
