-Prepare and edit publications to keep the internal and external audience aware of all the current events and news going on with CBOB. -Promote CBOB's programs and mission by speaking at events, tabling, flyering, holding information sessions, and using and creating media based materials. -Manage social media sites, including, but not limited to: Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, website, and blog. -Create appropriate promotional media content to tell vivid stories through photo, video, audio or a combination of the three about the programs and events of CBOB. -Help create lively and interactive media campaigns to engage the internal and external audience. -Take photographs and video at various events on behalf of the organization.- Establish relationships with local media outlets.- Develop awareness and fundraising public relations campaigns.- Cultivate and promote our organization's brand, while keeping our followers updated about our events and new programs. - Communicate a positive image to an audience and make sure they are aware of the organization and its mission and have an accurate image of what it represents. -Responsible for working with the other positions on all events to constantly be aware of all events and campaigns and work to know the information pertinent to each.
