Responsible for manage the commercial relations and business in the states of GO / DF, TO, MG, ES, RJ, BA, SE, AL, PE, PB, EC, MA, PI, PA, AM, including the strategic planning, sales forecasting, negotiation of prices, and product deployment projects in strategic customers. Also responsible for hiring, training, goal setting and evaluation leading a team.

Initially hired as a commercial and technical assistant later taking over customer service and new customers prospection, including guidance for nutrition programs, monitoring the performance and health of the flocks and production costs analysis in the states of Parana, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.In October / 2005 promoted to Manager of Customer.

Technical responsibility over the entire sanitary area. Also in charge of two production farms of hatching eggs overseeing 92 employees.In 2001 I was elected the representative technical of AVIPAR for the North of Paraná inside of COESA - PR (State Council of Avian Health) keeping the membership until March 2003.

Implementation and management of the Laboratory of Avian Pathology, aimed at monitoring the health of the entire production area.

General responsibility over the Laboratory of Avian Pathology, focused on microbiological monitoring of hatcheries, breeding farms, slaughterhouses, and food production plants.
