Responsible for manage the commercial relations and business in the states of GO / DF, TO, MG, ES, RJ, BA, SE, AL, PE, PB, EC, MA, PI, PA, AM, including the strategic planning, sales forecasting, negotiation of prices, and product deployment projects in strategic customers. Also responsible for hiring, training, goal setting and evaluation leading a team of four (04) sales representatives and two (02) distributors. Achieved significant, consistent and sustainable growth in all areas ultimately positively impacting the company financial results from day 1, turning R$150.000,00 by month (net sales) in R$1.200.000,00 by month (net sales). Actively participated of launching, growing and consolidation of the product Cevac Transmune IBD, CEVA's flagship product in the poultry market.

Initially hired as a commercial and technical assistant later taking over customer service and new customers prospection, including guidance for nutrition programs, monitoring the performance and health of the flocks and production costs analysis in the states of Parana, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.In October / 2005 promoted to Manager of Customer Service, starting to operate in service and prospection of all clients of the Poultry Department at national level, leading a team of 03 Technical Assistants and 01 Nutritionist. Additional responsibility over strategic planning, sales forecasting and pricing negociation, as well as monitoring and training of sales team.

Technical responsibility over the entire sanitary area. Also in charge of two production farms of hatching eggs overseeing 92 employees.In 2001 I was elected the representative technical of AVIPAR for the North of Paraná inside of COESA - PR (State Council of Avian Health) keeping the membership until March 2003.

Implementation and management of the Laboratory of Avian Pathology, aimed at monitoring the health of the entire production area.

General responsibility over the Laboratory of Avian Pathology, focused on microbiological monitoring of hatcheries, breeding farms, slaughterhouses, and food production plants.
