CurrentINDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR: Rotorcraft business segment that contributes shipments/sales of $166M annually throughout various projects and program across SIS site locations. Leadership and business direction for multiple customer relationships. Single point of contact and daily interface with diverse colleagues and customers in background and geographic locations. Domestic and international customer experience. Technical aptitude and understanding of SIS products and systemsTEAM ENVIRONMENT: Fostering high level engagement and participation from, and with all functional SIS locations and resources to successfully manage/prioritize multiple projects - proposal responses, program reviews, project management, current production and new programs customer issues, demand/forecast planning.LEADERSHIP: Business Development Customer Focal for Sensors and Integrated Systems (SIS). in Regional, Business, General Aviation (RBGA), and Rotorcraft Market Segments. Specific responsibility of strategic US Rotorcraft OEM contributing $24.5M annual revenue from 4 US SIS site locations . Responsibility of projects and programs across various operational areas within SIS locations SIS specific contribution to pricing and negotiation strategies to support UTAS goals and objectives Supporting leadership needs including monthly performance data, analysis, and participation in reviews. Involvement in Cost reduction Efforts: Recent activity brought price improvement during customer RFP effortNEW BUSINESS: Recent success in development activities with international customer - with program award of $41M on two new programs for SIS-Minnesota and SIS-Ohio/West Virginia.
