Leader of a multifunctional team on business, innovation, data, and product, reporting directly to the CCO/CMO and leading the following responsibilities:- C-level relationship and contractual management of the company Dufry at RIOgaleão, the largest Duty Free company in the world, with the relevance of around R$ 300 MM/year and more than 8 thousand sqm of stores at the airport. - Leadership and implementation of data-driven solutions for business intelligence on several segments, which has already studied ~60 operations/areas and generated optimizations of up to 150% in productivity per passenger.- Management and monitoring of the main KPIs of the Commercial & Marketing department, including approx. 20 different segments of businesses.- Implementation of the GaleON marketplace (business and product) on RIOgaleão, the first online service platform at airports in Brazil.- P&L, strategy, and management of the GaleON ecosystem, from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives, with sales growth of 445% in 2023 vs. 2022.- Development of digital businesses encompassing B2B (tourism trade and retailers) and B2C (passengers) growth, including priorities, funnel management, and action plans that allocate resources and budget to operational, personnel, marketing, and technology.- MVPs implementation of digital products, actions, and IA, adopting Agile methodologies, which generated an increase of 900% in conversion rate in 2023 vs. 2022.- Promoter the culture of innovation within the company, contributing with methodologies, best practices, and technologies.
