Epiroc is a leading global productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries. The company provides equipment for drilling and rock excavation, and a complete range of related consumables and service to customers in ~150 countries. Epiroc was a part of the Atlas Copco Group, founded in 1873, until June 18, 2018 when Epiroc listed. Since listing until year-end 2023, Epiroc had a total shareholder return of 146.7% (A share).In my role, I report to Håkan Folin, CFO & Sustainability. The purpose of my function is to create and maintain good relations to the capital markets, incl. media. We are 3 FTEs in my team. My responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:• Deliver up-to-date and accurate information to the capital markets and corporate stakeholders.• Proactively work for interactions with the financial market and media (press releases, meetings, presentations, roadshows – both IRL and digital, AGMs and CMDs). • Project lead the quarterly and annual reports, create investor presentations, board material and more. • Constantly improve content/message and format towards the capital markets, with increasing focus on sustainability and ESG. • Manage the investor relations web site; www.epirocgroup.com/en/investors. • Evaluate analyst reports, market expectations and the trading of the shares. Provide the company-compiled consensus to analysts pre results.• Target and plan the IR and media activities for Epiroc in the most efficient way.• Safeguard that the function has the basic tools and structures needed to fulfil the overarching purpose.
