Strategy and implementation of all internal platforms, responsible for the CRM tools, technologies and procedures to manage, improve, or facilitate sales, support and related interactions with customers, prospects and business partners. A main focus is to always improve the user experience from order to payment and to create a flawless and secure flow for invoicing and payments into accounting. Ongoing projects: integrations, implementations, subscription systems, migrations from various systems (e.g. Visma, Oracle and PressData) and making developers and product managers understand each other to meet the business goals.
