She has a proven track record of developing and driving innovative global programs and results transforming complex issues into positive solutions with maximum impact, influencing change at all organizational levels – from the C-Suite to the field – and implementing initiatives across different cultures and languages in diverse environments. She has corporate, government, and non-profit experience in managing high–performing global teams, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, and leading strategic and tactical fundraising and partnership initiatives.
