Project Manager - Engineering, Saab Surveillance

Project employment as business development consultant at Science Park in Jönköping, Sweden during my studies. My tasks involved gathering and analysing competitive intelligence regarding competitors, products and customers.

As a finalising part of my education at Jönköping University, I wrote my master's thesis at one of the research projects at Jönköping University. The purpose of the thesis was to study the prerequisites for how manufacturing SMEs can work with renewal and innovation and at the same time maintain an efficient and competitive production.

As part of my education at Jönköping University, I completed a seven-week internship at Virtual Manufacturing in Thailand. My tasks involved analysing and improving the production at one of the customers of Virtual Manufacturing. This was conducted by filming processes and analysing the data in Avix where waste could be defined and suggestions for improvement could be formulated.

Summer job at Saab Training & Simulation in Huskvarna, Sweden. My tasks involved contacting different suppliers and request for a quotation, to update the prices for standard articles.

Part time employment at Saab Training and Simulation in Huskvarna, Sweden during my studies. My tasks involved supporting colleagues with different tasks and maintaining and improving the internal processes and working methods at the company.

Summer job at Saab Training & Simulation in Huskvarna in Sweden. My tasks were related to my previous thesis within project management. During my summer job I developed and improved the template for lessons learned within projects, analysed project reports and updated PULS-boards.

I wrote my bachelor thesis at the project management department at Saab Training and Simulation in Huskvarna, Sweden. The purpose of the paper was to investigate and improve the project template and the work methods applied for project execution. During my thesis I got a deeper knowledge of project management, communication and leadership.

Summer job at the supply chain department at Orkla House Care in Bankeryd, Sweden. My tasks involved order processing, billing and customer service through e-mail and telephone.

As a part of my education at Jönköping University a seven-week internship was completed at the production development department at Orkla House Care in Bankeryd, Sweden. My tasks involved working with a project where the aim was to improve the flow between three different machines in the production. During the project I learned to calculate OEE, conduct time studies and calculate on investments.
