CurrentPromote is a web-based platform, delivered as a hosted Software as a Service used by HR departments and training companies globally to enhance the results of training. The Promote platform and the recommended methodology have a solid foundation in academic research and well proven results from the training industry. The Promote System has been structured in accordance with a unique concept developed by Promote through long-term cooperation with training companies for training within several areas. The concept comprises, among other things, a number of different interactive user flows that can be used before, during and after a certain training initiative and also – integrated with these flows – forms for the exchange of information between trainees and managers, pedagogic models that encompass work within and in relation to the Promote System, methods for impact evaluation and also materials and processes for marketing and sales. Promote is provided by Promote International AB and we offer a full support solution including setup, user training, and support.
