HCM and Reporting Certified

In January of 2016 I was offered a position to work for Aon Hewitt as a Workday Configuration Specialist. Some of my responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Certified in Workday Human Capital Management• Excel as a technology consultant who supports Workday• Work on the comprehensive on-going support for clients • Build strong business relationships with clients• Support clients across many industries, locations, and business needs• Establish relationships with colleagues globally• Configure, implement and support complex solutions for clients• Develop skills in functional areas such as human resources and reporting• Demonstrate a strong awareness of a project life-cycle

In 2012, I was presented with the opportunity to be the Assistant JV Cheerleading Coach at Naperville Central High School, in Naperville, IL. In 2014 I led my team to a 3rd place state title at the ICCA State Championships and was promoted to Co-Head JV Coach. After four successful seasons, my coaching styles and abilities have grown immensely. I have learned a great amount from the rest of the coaching staff and have inspired my athletes to achieve success. Some of my responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Train student athletes the proper skill and technique required for success• Understand the strengths of the players and inspire them to overcome their weaknesses by using different types of coaching styles to add to their confidence level• Resolve disputes among student athletes• Prepare training schedules for athletes and students• Arrange for the transportation facilities to various sports contests and events • Advise, guide and counsel the athletes on their nutrition, health, and safety

This summer I have been working as a Management Intern at Kohl's Department Stores at the Downers Grove location. This high intensity 8-week program is providing me with a realistic experience in retail management. It has prepared me with the knowledge to become a successful Assistant Store Manager. This internship opportunity has developed my strengths in the following areas:• Managing a large team of associates• Opening/Closing the registers and cash office• Running a specific department• Providing excellent customer service• Leading a business analytic store walk with district leadership• Participating in executive conference calls

Between 2007 and 2013 I had the opportunity to work at Cold Stone Creamery, in Downtown Naperville. During my time there, I was promoted from Crew Member to Shift Manager within the first year. From there, my responsibilities grew as I was then promoted to Assistant Manager. Some of those responsibilities included:•Provided exceptional customer service on a daily basis•Resolved any and all customer concerns that arose•Interviewed and hired potential employees•Trained newly hired crew members and mentored from a leadership position•Organized weekly schedules•Managed all cash and submitted nightly recaps
