As Management Team member of Technology & Development, I am responsible for Project Management. I lead a team of 18 Integral Project Managers who manage product development projects from initiation until implementation in the factory and delivery at customer site. My responsibility includes staffing, coaching and managing for results. Next to this I am responsible for the Project Management competency in T&D: defining and improving processes, improving the organization for good project management and bringing individual project managers to a next level of proficiency.
