Main duties :- responsible for daily financial management and periodic reporting to headquarters- implementation SAP : modules SD (sales and distribution), FI (finance), CO (controlling)- budgeting and periodic follow-up- ad hoc projects : 2 due diligence exercises (acquisition Beyers & Partners by XRT, acquisition XRT by Sungard)- Human resources : recruitment and selection, benefit management
