I'm a creative person with a technical mind.An avid learner who loves doing deep dives in new areas.As a software developer, I work with the LAMP stack and open source tools to build systems with an emphasis on security and maintainability. As a DevOps engineer, I get to translate my care for UX and information architecture towards improving the Developer Experience and CI/CD processes.At Elicit, I get to be part of creating IT-solutions and systems that focuses on providing business value.My interests lie in removing friction points and reducing cognitive load through standardization, automation and clear processes. A common thread is the structures that support our work - whether it's technical and code based, organisational, or in our minds and the way we think.While consulting, I've had the opportunity to work at a range of company sizes, including large enterprises.My roots come from the sector of non-governmental organisations and non-profits, where I've had a wide variety of roles: both creative, managing, organising and maintenance. I have worked in over 40 different teams and constellations over the years, and I'm used to working with members from varying countries and cultures living in different time zones.PUBLIC SPEAKING-------------------I am a recurring public speaker, and enjoy using stories to make concepts come alive. I speak on topics from technical subjects to personal growth, productivity and peak performance. Especially my talk on Impostor Syndrome has been well received.
