Returning from 10 years abroad, in August 2017 I decided to make a career switch, where my global working - and international living experience together with hotel management, smoothly merged into my job as Personal Assistant at Henkel Global Supply Chain in Amsterdam. Born in The Netherlands, I began my career working in Michelin-rated restaurants. In these years, I did completed extra courses like Wine Certificate, Train-the-Trainer and Service-That-Sells to exceed my professionalism.After graduated in hotel management, I made a career-switch to executive housekeeping, in Golden Tulip Barbizon Centre in Amsterdam. For more than 15 years, I have fulfilled the position of Executive Housekeeper at InterContinental Hotels, Golden Tulip Hotels, Kempinski Hotels, The College Hotel and renowned cleaning companies. Relocated to Germany, Russia and Malaysia, I have broaden my expertise with housekeeping4solutions and mental coaching to let individuals grow in their own development.In my role as mental coach, I am an expert in the field of sport and performance psychology and understand how decision making, beliefs, images, and feelings affect and are affected by performance acts. I do assist performers to develop their ability to be focused, determined, committed, and confident in all performance circumstances. The development of psychological skills requires a systematic training program designed to utilize the performers’ strengths, address self-imposed weaknesses while remaining focused on achieving targeted goals even in the face of unexpected challenges.
