The MMS Coach Training is the worlds oldest coach training programme founded by dr. Cherie Carter Scott in 1975 The Coach Training is a 3-months intensive and transformational certification programme. It is aimed at people who want to be trained as a professional MMS/ICF accredited coach, and to develop themselves both personally and professionally. One of the unique features of the programme is the integration of mastering coaching skills and personal development - this is what enables students to become transformational coaches.As a member of the team facilitating the Coach Training Programme I train, coach, mentor and assess coach students in both achieving their personal/professional objectives and in becoming transformational coaches.

I coach students in the International Executive MBA and MBA programs. For The Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations I have coached women in leadership positions at the ECB.

I have also conducted a training of trainers programme (learning and change) for SUAS in China.

Adventure for Thought is an international company specialized in human performance, inspiring people and teams to achieve real, sustainable, measurable results.I partnered with the director of the company in designing and delivering a Leadership Programme for coaches and managers, and I co-designed a Personal Development and Coaching Skills programme around needs and values. In addition I conducted several workshops Mindfulness for coaches and managers.

DHV is a large international engineering and project management consultancy firm. It delivers services in the field of water supply and watermanagement, transport, urban and rural planning, buildings and infrastructure. Over 5000 experts work for public and private clients in more than 100 countries.As Training Consultant I was one of the first women to work on World Bank Projects in Africa and Southeast Asia (Tanzania, Egypt, Mozambique, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, China). I conducted feasibility studies, developed human resources and training plans, and I have trained hundreds training managers, trainers and specialists in training planning, communication and facilitation skills.

My assignment was to establish a training department at the dutch head office to support the training of the 600 local Amnesty groups. Tasks included the planning of training activities to support the nation wide actions, training and coaching of regional trainers in facilitation skills, developing training programs and materials. I was responsible for the financial administration and recruitment of training staff, and for liaising with the UK and USA Amnesty Offices.

I delivered open training programmes in report writing, letter writing and effective reading for managers, experts and secretaries working for governmental institutions, banks, insurance companies, public health organizations and commercial companies.
