As part of one of the largest changes in payment traffic, front to back, I was responsible for establishing the product offering for RBS in the Euro countries, determining the products in scope for migration from legacy product to SEPA and managing the necessary changes in the invoicing process to ensure SEPA products are adequately invoiced. Including incorporation of front to back processes.Responsible for:• Both from a project and product management angle, successful implementation of the (complex) invoicing process, including internal and external communication• Establishing the SEPA service offering in countries where RBS does not have an own presence.• Determining the client migration process and third party supplier’s migration process.

Responsible for:- Managing a team of 30 (senior) process managers located in the Netherlands and India. - Managing the team through times of transition and reorganisation.- Project management (10+ professionals) for the Cash Management and Channels domain, during the complex take over of Abn Amro by RBS and the subsequent technical complex split of clients and IT systems whilst integrating within RBS. - Project Management (10+ professionals) for the Operations activities within the Partner Bank Agreement project with Abn Amro; whereby providing Abn Amro customers with services on international accounts, payments and reporting services within RBS'international network. Including associated Service Level Agreements (and KPI reporting).- Set up, implement and manage the whole Process Management Suite, including reporting, costs, allocation models, budgets and financial forecasting.

Responsible for- Managing a team of 12 professionals and indirectly managing the associated execution teams in India in the domain of Corporate Cash Management. - Optimizing and standardizing global processes- Project manage the successful implementation of a Financial Institution (FI) client insourcing deal with the purpose of taking over activities executed within the FI’s branch network and transfering the activities to India.- Project manage the set up and execution of a process and supporting team for reviewing high-risk profile transactions during the credit crisis.
