I flourish when working with highly motivated and internationally diverse people.- I currently work as an independent consultant, to support companies in their sustainable production and sourcing ambitions.- I worked as Global Retail Lead at Rainforest Alliance, to support Retailers, Food Service companies and Rainforest Alliance colleagues to jointly engage in impactful sustainability journeys in the foods sector.- I worked at Cordaid as a Project Manager and Portfolio Lead in the area of Business and Human Rights, to improve the sustainability and inclusivity of food supply chains.- I worked at ICCO cooperation as a Project Coordinator in the Business & Human Rights domain and as an Advisor for economic programs. In the first role I worked directly with companies to improve sustainability in their supply chains and the surrounding landscapes. In the latter my focus was on linking programming to learning and more effective results for farmers, local communities and value chain actors. - I worked as a trainer and consultant at MDF Training & Consultancy in Central and Eastern Africa. I applied my facilitation, monitoring and evaluation and project management skills to accompany donors, non-governmental organisations and cooperations in the set up or improvement of development and humanitarian projects. - I worked as a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting for Dutch governmental bodies and worldwide operating companies, where I applied my project management, change management and organisational design skills to assist in managing organisational transformations.
