Here, I was interested in the molecular action of the mood altering drug Lithium, its interaction with phosphoinositide (PIP) signalling, GSK3 and chemotaxis. For this I developed a panel of random integrated mutants as a resource for high throughput phenotype-gene screening to allow the identification of genes with altered Lithium sensitivity.

Here, I was interested in finding targets for protein kinase A. For this, I helped establish Tandem Affinity Purification for use in Dictyostelium.Alongside this I established myself as the senior technical lead in this group finishing numerous projects to a high level of accuracy and precession.
