In Stryker my work consisted training, consulting and selling arthoplastic artificial joints (hips and knees). I worked with healthcare professionals mainly doctors, nurses and other operation room personnel etc. I was a Product specialist in orthopedic implant products for the first three years and after that one year with endoscopy and sports medicine (anchors & ACL products). In Stryker my highlight achievement was when I won the “European Best Sales” award in 2009.

I was in charge of the Niscayah Western Finland installation business unit. I had the opportunity to motivate, support and lead a team of sales specialists who took care of the Niscayah Western Finland sales and installation specialists who worked the technical installation projects. Niscayah was an expert in the area of security surveillance systems and access control. As the Business Unit manager, I was responsible of my team succeeding in the sales targets and project deliveries. Due to TeliaSonera's key-accounting model my job was about taking care of dedicated large corporate and public sector customers relationship and developing their ICT-environment and also their business solutions. Longlasting and deep customer relationships which I created, made possible to generate new business models for customer corporations, which was outstanding result.

I worked in Elisa Corporation business sales unit where I took care of business customers in the Tampere Region area. Marketing and pr-work was also part of my job description Elisa. This was my first touch in ICT business and made base & cornerstones for my future professional development in world which became that time both connected and wireless same time. And I am happy that I was there building that change.
