I always thought marketing was a dirty word. But now I see that idea is limiting. Marketing is the process of building relationships with and helping customers find the resources or products they need. And that’s what I strive to do. Through engaging content marketing and deep analysis of customer behavior, I seek to understand consumer needs in an effort to help them find the right product. In my current role as Marketing & Customer Support Associate, I’m responsible for overseeing website and app performance. By utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize, I experiment and test digital material to boost overall performance to help our customers find us easily.I work to write engaging and thoughtful content to develop deep relationships with our customers to bolster loyalty and retention.And I hear directly from customers in my Support role so I understand their pain points and help shape product direction and development. I’m currently seeking a role where I can continue helping customers find what they’re looking for.
