LEADLiving my Anthem of “Advocate for Potential”, I serve as the Director of Risk at Specialty Products & Insulation. Prior to SPI, for over 10 years I served in various roles at The Siegfried Group, LLP, including being a client-facing Professional Resource and Team Leader in Charlotte, a Professional Resource Director in the Charlotte, DC Metro, Atlanta and South Florida markets, and a Director in the Talent Development and related Operations teams. Prior to Siegfried, I spent almost seven years in Assurance at BDO in the Grand Rapids, Charlotte and Melbourne, Australia offices. I received my Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degrees from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI, and I am a CPA in the State of NC.FASCINATEIn 2014, I got the chance to meet Sally Hogshead, Hall of Fame speaker, author and CEO of How to Fascinate, in a trip that was rather life changing! I went through the very first Fascinate Certified Adviser program. There, I discovered my superpower, brought to life through my Anthem of "Advocate for Potential!" Maxwell. He has authored >100 books on various leadership topics, and about 10 years ago started the John Maxwell Team (JMT). JMT's vision is to come together as elite coaches, teachers, speakers, taking our leadership training and talents to add value to people all over the world. That year, I became a Certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker! It has richly enhanced my life, and those around me, and I love getting to learn from my mentor and friend, John.
