Glenn Karisch is certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Glenn is a past chair of the 7,000-member Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.Glenn has been named one of Texas's "Super Lawyers" in Texas Monthly magazine every year since 2003. He was named one of the Best Lawyers in America. He has written and spoken extensively at advanced legal education courses for attorneys on estate planning, probate and trust topics. He works with the Texas Legislature on probate, guardianship and trust legislation and was the former legislative liaison for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Academy of Probate and Trust Lawyers.Glenn's practice focuses exclusively on estate planning, probate and trust law.
