Moving on from National University Hospital, I took on bigger roles and responsibilities in the private sector with the same goal in mind; unleashing the potential in each individual.In an Asia-focused real estate investment, capital management and development company, I work closely alongside with my reporting officer, senior management and line managers in ensuring effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR Learning & Development plans, programmes, processes and services.I oversee the Employee Orientation program and took pride in sourcing for suitable Training Providers/ programs, process training nominations and attend to general training enquiries to ensure effectiveness is met.To maximize Government grant for capability building, I made sure administration of govt. grants/ claims are applied timely.On top of those, my work involves creating a two-way learning environment by arranging communication sessions for staff to meet/ interact with Senior Management Team and more. I also made it a point to ensure training initiatives are well communicated to all staff (example, Monthly Training Calendar and through Email Blast).

In a restructured hospital with a strong headcount of 7000+ employees, I performed diligently in supporting the Reporting Officer to review, develop and implement Human Resource Development's Learning and Development plans and programmes.Apart from that, to support the hospital's long-term and short-term goals, I work/ partner closely with line managers and staff to provide support in administration and execution of HRD function and processes (example: Learning Needs Analysis, Course Administration and more).Furthermore, as a People Oriented person; I support, promote and participate in the hospital’s events and innovation initiatives, including wellness, work-life balance, charity activities, staff suggestion and process/work improvement review projects
